Spring 2021: So that we can ensure that all our dining tables are two metres apart to comply with social distancing regulations, we will be offering the same menu in both the Seafood Bar and the Westward restaurant until the restrictions are eased. You can also dine under cover on the terrace if you wish.
We hope that later in the season we will be able to resume our normal range of dining options as shown on the
sample menus page - click here to see them.
Spring 2021 menu
The Westward is on the ground floor and looks out over Loch Crinan towards the islands.
The Westward is included in the 2018 Michelin Guide and has been awarded L'Assiette Michelin (The Michelin Plate).
Here our guests can enjoy an excellent gourmet dinner including some of the dishes made famous by our original Lock 16 restaurant or a real Scottish breakfast. The dinner menu features seafood which is freshly caught nearby and also includes other locally sourced produce such as lamb and beef.
The Westward is open all year round to both residents and day visitors to the Crinan area and offers a dynamic and seasonal choice of menus. The availability and choice of dishes is dependent on the weather and the fishermen's catch.
